In addition to his excellent mechanical design abilities, Dave brings skills in project review and evaluation. While all of our engineers perform their own construction observation, Dave is also a Certified Plans Examiner and Inspector.
As part of a project for the Northwest Concrete Masonry Association, Dave used his technical writing skills to prepare an instruction manual that explains how masonry materials can be used to comply with the Washington State Nonresidential Energy Code (NREC).
