Mr. Reames has over twenty years of mechanical engineering design experience. He has been with L&S Engineering since 1982, promoted to Associate Engineer in 1986, and Principal in 2001. He has an extensive background in the design of commercial buildings, shops, schools, and office buildings. As Principal, he guides several engineers and technicians through design of mechanical systems. As mechanical design engineer, he designs energy efficient systems for many new and modernization projects, both large and small, throughout the region. David's experience includes Energy Life Cycle Cost Analysis and computerized building modeling, including Energy Audit Surveys for over 150 community college and school district buildings.
