Jessica has comprehensive and diverse experience in electrical engineering and design and brings extensive knowledge in instrumentation and control to the L&S team. She provides guidance, instruction and direction to a team of four electrical designers, from basic planning and design, to construction observation. Her experience at ICF Kaiser Hanford led her to develop the skills necessary to work effectively with large companies, government entities and community projects. In anticipation of the Washington State legislature passing environmental guidelines for public facilities, Jessica attained accreditation with the US Green Building Council in 2004.
