Project Overview

The L&S team was responsible for the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems design for this modern apartment complex with adjacent and attached retail spaces. The mechanical systems include a central dedicated outside air system and variable refrigerant flow systems serving shared spaces and residences. Plumbing was designed with the ability to isolate individual residences to allow for maintenance. Hot water is supplied to individual residences from a central gas water heating system. L&S also played a part in providing the infrastructure for a pool and associated water treatment system.

In addition to the apartment complex, L&S designed HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for retail shells to be built out by future occupants.
